As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist serving the Davis and Greater Sacramento community, I’m passionate about helping individuals achieve their health goals through personalized, evidence-based nutrition care. My Background
I’m proud to call Davis home, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from UC Davis and a Master’s in Clinical Nutrition from the University of the Pacific.
I have clinical experience providing medical nutrition therapy in a hospital in both inpatient and outpatient settings. In the inpatient setting, I provide nutrition care for patients with complex medical conditions, and in the outpatient clinic, I provide individualized nutrition counseling to help clients manage chronic diseases, meet their health goals, and improve their quality of life.
